05/12/2014 - Charity concert for children from Obrenovac

 

In the organization of Philip Bone, with the support of the Embassy of the Republic Serbia in Brussels, on 05 and 06 December, charity concerts took place at the Academy of Music in Dilbeek in Belgium in order to collect humanitarian aid for children from the areas damaged by floods that have engulfed R. Serbia this year, especially for children from Obrenovac.

 

The concert was presented by the students of the Academy of Music, of which some are of Serbian origin. The audience was composed of parents and representatives of the Diaspora of the Republic of Serbia, but also the ordinary music lovers attended.

The concert raised over 3,000 Euros, which will be given to the music school in the town of Obrenovac for providing musical instruments.
