Prime Minister Ana Brnabić met with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Serbia Koenraad Adam to speak about the improvement of bilateral cooperation and the strengthening of economic relations between the two countries.

Brnabić pointed out that the bilateral relations between the two countries are good, but that there is a lot of room for their further improvement, estimating that the intensification of the dialogue between high-ranking officials would significantly contribute to that.

Expressing gratitude to Belgium for its cooperation in the process of Serbia's accession to the EU, the Prime Minister informed the ambassador about the steps that the government is taking in areas of key importance for further progress on the path to European integration.

In line with that, Brnabić emphasised that reforms in the area of the rule of law, the fight against organised crime and corruption, reforms of the judiciary and media freedom are among the top priorities.
