30/12/2016 Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports, signed in Riga on 5th November 2016, shall enter into force on 15th January 2017.

From that date citizens of the Republic of Serbia and the People's Republic of China, holders of ordinary passports, have the right to enter, transit and stay on the territory of the other Party without visas, for up to 30 ( thirty ) days from the date of entry.
