On Friday 24th April 2015 NIS, Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in the Kingdom of Belgium and the Mission of Serbia to the EU, organised a round table on the topic of investment opportunities in Serbia, „Serbia and the EU: Challenges and the opportunities ahead“. The speakers at the Round Table were: Aleksandar Antić. Minister of Energy and Mining in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Urban Rusnak, Secretary General of the Energy Charter, Michael Karnitschnig, Head of Cabinet of Johannes Hahn, European Commissioner for the European Neighbourhood Policy & Enlargement Negotiations and many others.

Following the round table, the coctail organised before the begining of the concert of the famous Serbian musician Goran Bregović, saw participation of important institutional representatives from the EU and Belgium, amongst which, Kristalina Georgieva, Vice President of the European Commission for Budget & Human Resources, Maroš Ševčovič, Vice President of the European Commission for the Energy Union, Violeta Bulc, European Commissioner for Transport, Tanja Fajon, member of EP and speaker for socialdemocrats group for Serbia and many others.
