On Thursday 12th February 2015 at 11.30 AM, within the framework of the celebrations of the Serbian National Day, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the City of Brussels and the Order of Friends of the Manneken Pis, will organise a 5th jubilee of the dressing of Manneken pis in the Serbian national costume.

The ceremony of the donation of the costume to the Brussels City Museum and the first dressing of the statue in Šajkača (traditional Serbian hat) and Opanci (traditional Serbian shoes), was organised in 2011, the year when Serbia was a host country at the Brussels Holiday Fair. The costume is the creation of the „Zаnаtskа rаdionicа zа izrаdu nаrodnih nošnji i opаnаkа – KIRI“ from Belgrade.
