Ambassador Arsić and the economic counsellor Srđаn Cvijić took part in the New Year celebration organised by the VOKA - Limburg 8th Jаnuаry 2015. More than 2800 companies and approximately 30 ambassadors took part in the celebration. In his welcome speech president of VOKA Paul Kumpen emphasized the word revolution, in doing business, he called for greater investment in the research and development field to foster youth employment, as well as unavoidable rationalisation in the public sector.

The Embassy and its economic counsselor cooperate with VOKA Limburg since 2010. Last event, coorganised with the company Metes and its owner Eduard Rutten, was an successfull conference „On enterpreneurs“ representing investment opportunities in Serbia that took place 6th October 2014. More than 50 companies participated at the Conference. Two companies from the province of Limburg already invested in Serbia: aforementioned Metes (metal industry) and Dirаfrost (frozen fruit).
