06/10/2014 Commemoration of the Victims of The Second World War graveyard in Menen

June 8th, at the cemetery in Menen, there was a memorial to the victims of World War II, organized by representatives of the Flemish city of Menen and the resistance movement in Belgium. Ceremony followed the passing of the torch from the German camp in Flossenburg and laying wreaths at the monument dedicated to the victims of World War II in Belgium. 296 Serbian nationality prisoners were in Flossenburg during the Second World War, of which 39 died in the camp.

Commemoration was attended by the ambassadors of Serbia and Hungary and ministers advisors / counselors of Embassy of the United States, Poland and Germany.
