On the occasion of the Serbian National Day (15.2), 13th February 2014 the showcase „Belgian investors in Serbia“ was officially opened.

The Embassy and its economic counsellor Srdjan Cvijic participated in the realisation of the project with following companies: Delhaize Group (retail chain), Crop's (frozen fruit production), Purаtos (bakery, patisserie and chocolate sector), Metes (metal industry), Energozelenа (operating a rendering plant in Serbia), Prаnаrom International (pharmaceutical industry) and Louis Blockx (production of industrial bags).

The purpose of the project „Belgian investors in Serbia“ was dissemination of information on the business climate and investment potentials in Serbia. Some of the products in the showcase were especially designed for this project.
